Most funny shirts feel cheap. Ours don't.

Dark Threads started with a simple annoyance: every genuinely funny t-shirt felt like a novelty item. Thin fabric, cracked print, a joke that stopped being funny after one wash.

So we built the opposite. Heavyweight 240 GSM combed ringspun cotton, garment washed and pre-shrunk. Prints cured with a soft hand feel that stays crisp. Neck ribbing that doesn't warp. The kind of blank a designer would pick — with a punchline on it.

The humor is dark, sarcastic, and occasionally a little too honest about work, life, and the general state of things. We don't punch down. We just say the quiet part out loud, in a very nice font.

Everything is printed in small runs. Some designs come back. Limited Edition ones don't.
